He is one with God the father, creator of Heaven and Earth. Each and every human being is born into the world as a sinner, and we commit many sins in our time here on earth. As stated in the Bible, the penalty for our sins in death, and eternal life apart from God. Jesus came to earth as a human being, and lived a completely sinless life. Because he was sinless, he was able to pay the death penalty on our behalf; and he did! To those who are called, embrace him as our savior, and follow his word, we are granted eternal glory in heaven, with God the Father. 

Doxa is the Greek word for glory. It can also refer to the splendor and majesty of God. As followers of Jesus Christ, our number one goal is to glorify Him, in everything we say and do; Eating, sleeping, working, etc. 

One of the (many) ways that we can glorify God is by stewarding our physical body; keeping it healthy and strong. This is an emphasis of Doxa Athletic Co: joining our faith with the grit and hard work of building strong and healthy physical bodies.
